I have been watching the IAAF World U20 Championship in Bydgoszcz (Poland) recently.
I love watching the sprint events in the 100m, 200m, and 400m categories.
However, I love to watch the sprint relays even more, as it shows good execution, baton handovers and team work.
I made some quick research into the sprint numbers.
The world 100m men’s record by Usain Bolt, stands at 9.58 seconds.
If you multiply the fastest speed by a man over 100m four times, (400m) it is 38.32 seconds.
What is the World 4 x 100m Men’s record?
It is 36.84 seconds.
Ever wondered how this can be achieved?
